TRBC supports TeachBeyond through two of their members, who are part of our church. Each year we have a service in November where we hear the latest updates from them. They also hire out our building for their annual conference.
TeachBeyond believe that education is an effective catalyst bringing hope to individuals and positive transformation to societies.
They follow our Lord Jesus Christ by engaging with the needs of this world - physical, relational, and spiritual. Their teachers use their skills and contexts to bring light and healing to all - children, adults, leaders and mission workers alike.
They go. TeachBeyond connects head teachers, teachers, administrators, house parents, and support staff with exciting educational opportunities around the world!
They train. TeachBeyond equips teachers to reach their full potential as Christian educators.
They partner. TeachBeyond works in over 30 countries with more than 30 international schools (Pre-School - Secondary), universities, national schools, and start-ups. We sponsor summer English Camps in eight countries.
Is God calling you to pray, give, or go?
Have a look at their website, which gives more information on their mission and vision.
They serve K-12 Schools, Language Centres, Universities and Seminaries, Teacher Training, English Camps, and in any other place where teaching and learning occurs, formally or informally.
TeachBeyond has developed affiliations with schools in more than 30 countries in Europe, South America, Eurasia, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. We work with a variety of schools and universities – some focus primarily on missionary children, others focus on international or expatriate children, and some that focus primarily on the nationals of the country where the school is located.
English language skills are highly sought after in many parts of the world. Working together with a national host, TeachBeyond provides English language learning opportunities taught by native English speakers. Typically, TeachBeyond has provided these services in summer camp settings. National hosts provide follow-up and discipleship.
