Mission
Our Mission is the Biblical mandate that never changes and is expressed in our mission statement as:
'Following Jesus. Serving our Community'
Vision
In September 2022 we started a journey looking at the vision of the church. For 12 months we had various meetings, times of prayer and conversations on what the vision is for TRBC.
After this time, the church felt we were being called:
'To be a God-centred and family-focused community that helps everyone meet Jesus'

Values
Following our agreement on our Vision, we went on a journey to look at the values of the church. We looked at who we are and spent time in prayer and meetings looking at what our core values are.
In June 2025, the church felt that we are to value:
Welcoming
We believe that God welcomes people into His arms
We want everyone to feel welcomed when they are with us
Caring
We believe in a caring God
We want to show care for people and the world
Listening
We believe that God listens to us when we call on Him
We want to listen well to God and to people
Sharing
We believe in a generous God who shares His love and resources with us
We want to share life, faith and Jesus with people in a generous way
