Every Wednesday morning from 10am until 12pm the café space becomes a community space for a variety of hobbies and activities
Anyone is welcome to join/share a hobby/skill or activity. They are all free
You can come to relax and chat, or to enjoy the peace of our quiet area
The activities are based around the ‘5 ways of wellbeing’ which promote good mental and emotional health: To connect, give, be active, keep learning and take notice. And the session finishes with an optional gathering for a brief time of quiet reflection.
